The child can call or mail just to talk to someone or get in touch with someone, be guided to a school, to health care, social services or legal advice if that is what is needed.

Besides making direct contact by e-mail or phone, children can get information on the web site about their rights in Sweden. On the site there is also a news service in Swedish, mostly intended for adults who meet undocumented children in their line of work or within organisations and in their voluntary work.

The primary aim of this pilot project is to give unaccompanied children direct support and advice, but the project will also give us knowledge about their situation and how it could be improved.
