The full report from the conference: The Rights of Children in Institutions in the Region of the Baltic Sea States: Improving Child Participation, Monitoring and Post Placement Assistance, is now available.

The conference was organised by the Working Group for Cooperation on Children at Risk under the Council of the Baltic Sea States in cooperation with the Ministry for Health and Social Affairs in Sweden and the Swedish Presidency to the Council of the Baltic Sea States.

 

The report includes both English and Russian versions of most of the presentations and a list of participants in English and in Russian. Should you prefer to look at separate presentations you can download these one by one at
