Association for Children and Young People CHANCE is a non-profit NGO providing help and support to children and young people, their families and caregivers.Services offered by the Association are targeted at children and young people who go through difficult life situations, experiencing problems in the family, school failures, violence and abuse, problems in the peer group and those who are at risk.Association for Children and Young People CHANCE gives young people the opportunity to develop their pro-social attitudes and interests. The main aim of the Association is to create such a local system of help and support for people who are the victims of violence which would integrate activities and services offered by both governmental and non-governmental institutions that operate in the area of the province Lower Silesia in Poland. Our Association provides psychological, educational and legal counselling for children, young people, their families and caregivers. We also run many training programmes for people who represent different professions. All activities are focused on the issue of child abuse and violence in the family.
