All As One operates an orphanage, medical clinic, and school in Freetown, Sierra Leone. The children of Sierra Leone have paid a high price due to war, poverty, the "conflict diamond" trade, HIV/AIDS, and more. We are dedicated to providing these orphaned and abandoned children with a loving home, education, medical care and a chance for a better future.
