Activities and services provided by INGO "Ponimanie" are:

Note: The mission of INGO "Ponimanie" is to create a world fit for children through our professional contribution and help to children in difficult situations. Established in 2000, INGO "Ponimanie" has held three successful annual projects and we are implementing three projects at present time. Our partners are: UNICEF (2001, 2002, 2003, and the project of 2005 is running), Counterpart Alliance for Partnership (USAID funded program) (2004-05, the project is running), Swiss Bureau of Development and Cooperation (2005, the project is running). "Ponimanie" has published and distributed among specialists in Belarus, Russia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan four professional books on forming of social surrounding fit for children and support to socialization of inmates of orphanages. Leaders of INGO and number of specialists and voluntaries are holding scientific activity and lecturer activity in Academy of Postgraduate Study, Belarusian State University, Brest State University, and Postgraduate Institute of Ministry of Social Protection. From 2004 file of our professionals becomes ISPCAN members. In 2005 "Ponimanie" is creating ISPCAN National Partner on own base in cooperation with Minsk-city local NGO "Children - not for abuse" and The Faculty of Psychology, Social and Upbringing Work of The Academy of Postgraduate Study.
