Amenability for Child Sexual Abuse in Lithuania
Child sexual abuse is a complicated social, biological phenomenon, which can be hardly regulated by law, nor can it fall under influence of preventive measures. Amenability procedures are designed for limitation of further spread of the phenomenon, protection of children against sexploitation and proper punishment of perpetrators.
