Commission Communication to the Council and the European Parliament on combating trafficking in human beings and combating the sexual exploitation of children and child pornography

Objective:

To strengthen legal protection for the victims of such offences and to take steps to ensure that they are reintegrated into society. To introduce effective measures for addressing the whole trafficking chain of recruiters, transporters, exploiters and clients.
