The purpose of work of the Centre - creation of a uniform working network of the experts engaged in preventive maintenance of delinquency behavior among the teenagers and youth

The basic direction of activity of the Centre is the development of the preventive programs and techniques on preventive maintenance of neglect and dependence from drugs both offences among the minor and youth and introduction them in territory of St.-Petersburg.

  On results of competitions 2001-2003. of the target programs among establishments of social service of youth on realization of the subroutine « Formation and development of system of social services and clubs for youth » of the federal target program « Youth of Russia (2001-2005 years) », Centre has the special status “The Federal Experimental centre on social work for approbation, introduction and distribution of new social technologies of work with youth “

Service of preventive maintenance of neglectboth offences among the minor and youth

  Work with the minors inclined to offences

•  Rendering methodical support to the experts in social work with youth and youth workers in work with the minors of group of risk consisting on the account in Commission on affairs of minors and protection of their rights

  • Organization and realization joint with regional commissions and bodies of public health services of roads « Social patrol » in territories of administrative areas of St.-Petersburg

•  Development of activity of basic platforms of the Centre (staffs of the youth workers) in administrative areas of St.-Petersburg

Work with the minors who have made an offences

•  Rendering assistance to the minor offenders who are taking place in a socially dangerous situation in the sanction of vital problems, arisen owing to fulfilment by them of a crime.

•  Revealing both elimination of the reasons and conditions, which result in fulfilment of crimes - realization of real preventive maintenance рецидивной of criminality and real improvement of growing up generation.

  Work with informal youth associations

•  Tax of the authentic information about informal youth formations (including constant monitoring of a situation with общественно by dangerous formations).

•  Revealing cases of criminal activity of socially dangerous groupings.

•  Development and approbation of methods of work for correction of young people formations with aggressive behavior.

Service of preventive maintenance dependence from drugsof the minors

•     Advice of the experts on organization of youth non - drugs movements in areas of city

•     Information and methodical support and examination of the projects directed on creation and development of teens and youth non - drugs movements

•     Organization and realization of constantly working rates, seminars for the experts in work with youth for an exchange of experience, training to new technologies of work with the teenagers and youth in the field of preventive maintenance dependence from drugs.

  •    Help in organization and realization of the thematic mass actions, competitions, holidays

•     Organization and realization of thematic occupations, trainings within the framework of non - drugs youth movement to “Teens to teens” in teens and youth clubs, organizations, movements, summer improving camps .

Information and methodical   work

•     Conducting and maintenance of a uniform информационно-analytical database on preventive maintenance dependence from drugs.
