The Competence Centres are national multidisciplinary teams with special knowledge in the rehabilitation of sexually abused children, reintegration of children living in the street or other work with children suffering from the effects of abuse. These Centres are appointed by each country within the framework for the Children at Risk Project . They form together the regional Childspecialist network. The Competence Centres all work in close collaboration with the National Co-ordinators and with the Children's Unit.
