2 - Hotel information

Hotel rooms have been pre-booked at the Danubius Hotel Flamenco Unless you have applied for sponsorship (see box 6), you must pay in advance for the nights of the conference. Any additional nights should be reserved by Eurochild but will be payable at the hotel on departure. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment.

Price includes participation at the conference, lunch on 6th & 7th, and the official reception at the Hungarian Parliament.
For Eurochild members the reception on Wednesday 5th is also included.

* To be eligible for the early bird fee your payment must reach us by Friday 13th September.

6 - Sponsorship of travel & accommodation costs

Eurochild is able to sponsor a limited number of participants. Priority is given to Eurochild members. We also aim to secure a good geographic balance of funded participants.

Please note that sponsored participants are still requested to pay the registration fee and the buffet dinner (if they choose to attend). You will be invoiced upon confirmation of sponsorship.

Requests for sponsorship must be received before 13 September.

Travel

Eurochild can reimburse economy air fares (>400Km) and/or rail costs.
Reimbursement will be made on receipt of an expenses claim including original tickets, after the event.

Hotel
